অ্যাপ থেকে নিজে মুছুন (সবচেয়ে দ্রুত)
- SsCare অ্যাপে লগইন করুন।
- নিচের মেনু থেকে Profile-এ যান।
- একদম নিচে "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন" চাপুন।
- নিশ্চিত করুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাথে সাথে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
কোনো ভিডিও কনসালটেশন চলমান বা কিউতে থাকলে আগে সেটা শেষ বা বাতিল করতে হবে।
কী মুছে যায়, কী থাকে
মুছে যায়: স্বাস্থ্য প্রোফাইল ও ডকুমেন্ট, স্বাস্থ্য-প্রশ্ন, রিপোর্ট ও প্রেসক্রিপশনের স্ক্যান, ডাক্তারের সাথে চ্যাট ও ফাইল, প্রোফাইল ছবি, ডিভাইস ও নোটিফিকেশন তথ্য, আপনার লগইন (ইমেইল/ফোন)।
থাকে (আইনি প্রয়োজনে, বেনামি): বুকিং, পেমেন্ট ও ভিডিও কনসালটেশনের লেনদেন এবং ডাক্তারের দেওয়া প্রেসক্রিপশন - এগুলো চিকিৎসা ও হিসাবের আইনি রেকর্ড। এগুলো থেকে আপনার নাম, ফোন ও ইমেইল সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।

নিচের ফর্মে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ফোন বা ইমেইল দিন। আমরা আপনার পরিচয় যাচাই করে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে দেব।

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)
- Log in to the SsCare app.
- Open Profile from the bottom menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.
If a video consultation is in progress or in the queue, it must be finished or cancelled first.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your health profile and documents, health questions, report and prescription scans, chat with the doctor and files, profile photo, device and notification data, and your login (email/phone).
Kept (anonymised, for legal reasons): bookings, payments and video-consultation transactions and prescriptions issued by the doctor - these are legal medical and accounting records. Your name, phone and email are removed from them.
